internet difficulties

mmmmmmmm........... i forgot. we were supposed to get satellite internet installed the tuesday after thanksgiving. that was like, 2 weeks ago. then it was supposed to come the next day and then the next, and then the next week. they finally came today, and we found out from them that we are just within reach of the high speed internet tower in Barrhead. it's a new tower, so we hadn't really checked it out, already having ordered the satellite. so we aren't getting satellite anymore, but next week we'll have high speed. *sigh* people are weird. and we're getting vonage, i hear, so that will be cool. i think you can get any area codes you like, right? it would be fun to have more than one number, each with a different area code, so that i'm always calling local, even to the states or GP. :-D
