you know they say that if you look at the clock when it says 11:11 someone wants to kill you? i saw it on friday night while talking in amy's room. so we talked about it, and decided that if you look at 12:12 P.M. someone loves you. i like that much better.
at the GP airshow on saturday we decided to start a support group for girls who don't have guys to eskimo kiss with, our noses were so cold. and steve and sunny rubbing their noses right in front of us! we'll call it something like G.W.G.E.K.W. so no one will know what we're talking about.
i think we should write a group letter to C/A about Nate Wilson's idiotic review of 'The Phantom of the Opera.' his review really is dumb. anyone game for that?

LOL - I'm game to join the GWGEKW club ;-). But um - if you are not wanting people to know about what we are talking about, perhaps you shouldn't have explained? ;-)
Don't hate me - I don't entirely disagree w/Nate and his thoughts on the phantom of the opera. Perhaps not to such a sarcastic extent, but I don't mind listening to the original. I think it's overrated, but most stuff is anyway.
DOn't hate you? whyever not? :P Actually, I really enjoyed the movie and thought it was done well. He may have been a little bit right in his review, but I hate the way he says Napolean Dynamite is so cool, and the Phantom is pretty dumb.
it's a classic case of do not put too much stock in men... many of you think so highly of certain people... only to be dissapointed...
Nathan Wilson thinks much too highly of himself and his opinions.... it shows, and when you agree with him, you have no trouble with it, but as soon as his personal opinion contradicts a strong view of your own, then it is offensive....
I agree his reviews this mag simply stank of personal taste rather than a fair review. Nathan clearly has a skewed apreciation for art... sure, ND was a hilarious movie, but it had little, if - dare i say- no depth.....
Artistic minds can apreciate the little things, the great things, yes, even the first blush ugly things.... If all one can do is pick apart, put down and mock, then THERE is a sadly pathetic piece of art. Perhaps that individual should take a look at their own artistic impact. A person's life can be a work of art, and i certainly hope those with positions of authority or "respect" will realize that they have more accountablilty in the end for how people viewed and responded to their canvas.....
